Garden Work Day this Saturday and Organic Gardening Workshop on Sunday

Our second Garden Day is this Saturday at 10am. This weekend we’ll be focusing on kids, so bring your little ones.

At the Annual Meeting we discussed finishing the raised beds. We need help collecting the materials and planning. If you can help, please let the Alison, the plot coordinator, know via email – gardenplots@wsgarden.org. If your plot is not yet raised, she suggests you plant toward the middle so we can minimize any damage.

Please remember the requirements to stay in good standing:
1. Till your plot by the beginning of June.
2. Keep your plot and adjacent walk way weeded throughout the season.
3. Pick your ripened produce — do not let it rot in the plot.
4. Fulfill the open hours member requirement. EIGHT HOURS this year.
5. Fulfill the plot holders requirement: 4 of 8 Garden Days or
additional special projects as assigned by the Garden Coordinators.
6. Use only organic means.

Please sign up on the Website Calendar and sign in at the shed.
